Dear sir

Ms. Mukti khimani, owner of plot 1472, sector 28 faridabad is constructing house, but digged foundation level upto 3 mtrs below ground level across 75 ft common wall of 12 yr old constructed house no. 1473, sec28 faridabad.
Which has lead to tilting and collapse risk damage to house no. 1473, sector 28.
Any time the building can collapse and life risk is there.
No action has been taken by hsvp, officials even after i am requesting them continuously since 22 - apr -2019 to stop further construction on house 1472, sec 28 and take stern actions.

If any major mishappening occurs then estate officer and his officials will be solely responsible for non actions.
