One lawyer in Company side will call me and tell me that the hataway data services will Legal action against you in the name of agreement
If you terminated the contract, you will pay 8500, if you proceed or works, then pay 6500.The lawyer will influanced and mentally harrassing that if will not pay then the Company will Legal action on you., like bridge of contract, then you will pay the court charge 75000.[. According to the Information technology Act 2000 (The Act) which came into force on[protected]. The Act applies to the whole of India and even to persons who commit offences outside India. Below are the reasons due to which such a problem is created, which has totally affected the company's software and database.

Reason 1: - You might have used 2 Systems (2 COMPUTER, 2 LAPTOPS, 1 MOBILE PHONE AND 1 COMPUTER, 1 MOBILE PHONE AND 1 LAPTOP, 1 COMPUTER AND 1 LAPTOP) due to which server load was increased and resulted into the software crash.

Reason 2: - You might have not done proper LOGIN/LOGOUT while working on company’s software because the necessity is, after each LOGIN there should be a LOGOUT and after each LOGOUT there should be a LOGIN but it was not properly done from your side due to which the server detected miscellaneous and server was blocked. This point was restricted to be done in the stamp paper agreement held between you and the company.

Reason 3: - You might have used Internet from different companies(Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, etc) or You might have used Internet from Mobile Hot spot, Wifi – Router, Lan Cable, Dongle, etc due to which 2 I.P Addresses have been found which was strictly prohibited in the rules of stamp paper agreement held between you and the company.

Reason 4: - You might have used Third Party Application to complete company’s work without hard work OR You might have used Third Party Software to destroy or affect company’s database through Malware Virus.

Reason 5: - You might have not started after selecting your date company reserves the right to terminate the contract on immediate basis as per incomplete submission as mentioned in the agreement.

Reason 6: - You might have internet issue, system issue or location issues or any issue, and if company found your work as an incomplete submission

If instructions of our technical team member or legal associate is not followed then legal F.I.R will be filed and below proceedings will be held :-

Abusive Word : Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our technical team and legal firm associates and can cause 3 months prison.

Non Payment : An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you if you do not solve this case outside the court with our technical team or legal associate you might need to pay the total loss including the expense of advocates, travelling expenses, notary charges, affidavit charges, summons fees, court fees, processing charges, etc to the company. it may cost up to 75, 000/- to 1, 00, 000/-

Summon Letter: If you don't reply on time period it means that you agree and you may be on the fault and as per the notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.

Failure to obey a summons may result in an issue of arrest warrant and not settling the dispute will land you in mess and we need to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings.

This is why i pay 1500 for agreement . But i did not know when my agreement will happen.
One data entry company named hataway services will message me on whatapp . They say applying for the job.

Send your document. I send them such documents. They said type something on that link and sending me a link. Then you login and typed. The job will be done in 5 day .you get 24000 for 600 from. I do the same. 2 day later some one call me and say you lock the company server . send the penalty plus legal charge 6500 rupees. If you didn’t send the charge. Then you will gave 75000.

I am a very poor students. My family will also be poor.
These people are cheating and harreshing me with demand huge money.
They said me you register agreement freelancer Hathaway data services client services. Due to multiple login the services will be lock. But when I types the form very well, sometimes the server is crash. I also call the company care, they waiting 48 hours then the server will fixed.
But I didn’t get any agreement with this.
They contact me only whatapp and phone number.
Please looking at this think .

The laywer will blackmailing me to demand server lock charge. But what I should do server lock. I do the login and logout perfectly.
The Company will only say for register.
The Company will demand for money.They tell me you block the server.
But they lock my id because server access key code is remotly generated by that Company. That is very unpleasents and stress to know this Company will cheating me. When i send email the Company support for reback my money do not do this.Then They tell me you proceed your legal action also Company will takes their Legal action.I did not understand what is this.They will play with me.
