I got 4 ACs from Carrier 1.5 year ago. One of the ACs started creating a foul smell when switched on ( shortly after purchase ) I registerated complaint multiple times within the warranty period with no resolution, the service agents visited twice with no resolution, now it should be the responsibility of the company to resolve my issue, either repairing or replacing a defective product that I paid full price for. Now after 1 year when the defect continues ( as a result of negligence by the company, and claiming it is the responsibility of the customer to keep chasing the customer representatives to get a problem fixed ) it’s getting difficult to even sit in the room.
There is no regard for the customer, why should I keep paying their sevice / repair fees when the issue has been there since the beginning of the purchase.
