Hbj Capital — Lost money in recommendations, no refund

During the initial call one Mr. Shakeel mentioned that they will refund the money if i am not satisfied with the service. It is 2 months and i have lost about 15000 in two of their stock recommendations. Shakeel also said there will be one analyst assigned to me but there was one mail initially from an analyst and later she is not responding at all to mails. Every now and then i get calls asking to upgrade service. 2 weeks back there was a call from one Deepthi who mentioned that they will balance my loss by proper recommendations of stocks but i am yet to hear any recommendations from her and worse she mentioned that there are no analysts assigned coz the usual fees for the service is Rs 40, 000/- and i got it at discount during Diwali so none is assigned Shakeel had copied someone as VP and there is no response from that Gentleman too when i had asked for refund. Guess i have to write off the Rs 25000/- i paid to them and as well this 15, 000/- Can no action be taken against them? Thanks Lakshmi Narasimha
