Hbn Dairies & Allied Limited — Delay in payment

Dear sir/madam,
I am laxman giri goswami from udaipur, rajasthan
I have been making payment as stalment in hbn diaries and allied ltd since 2009 and my term plan got expired on 20/12/2014. As per term plan they should release the payment on january but i am still waiting for the payment from hbn diaries and allied ltd.
They have mentioned 4-5 contact no. But no one is there to pick up the call and give proper response.
