Hbn Dairies & Allied Limited — matured policy amount not refund yet

My name is Durga sharma, I had bought a policy in Hbn dairies and allied limited and hbn credit co – operative socity, having registration E[protected] on Dated[protected].
My policy got matured on[protected], I have submitted the relevant original bond and certificate through the agent at shiv durga vihar in the month of march 2016 for the payment of my deposited amount against above said policy.
But till date no action has been taken for the same.
I am still waiting for my amount which is matured.
