Dear Sir,
I have invested in HBN Dairies & Allied ltd.in Bhopal branch on 30/04/2009 which is going to mature is on 30/07/2015 & 05/03/2009 which is going to mature on 05/06/2015. I had consistently tried to contact with Bhopal branch but it has been closed since a year ago.
We had submitted policy maturity details with the Raisen branch and we had yet not received the maturity amount. Kindly consider the same an provide us with the maturity amount at earliest otherwise we will take necessary legal action about it
Immediately.
Please find enclosed the following documents:
1.Certificate no. E09B09793 dated 30/04/2009.
2. .Certificate no. E09B05331 dated 05/03/2009.
3.Last installment receipt of both policy.

This is to inform u that my policy is matured on 19-02-14, my Refundable amount is 42750 and I have not received that amount yet and now Hbn dairies & allied limited at jhalawar brance is closed.we don't have any option to contact any person of this company to return my amount.So please take some action . Please reply as soon as possible.
