My dad (N. Rafiq ahmed) from hyderabad, india has ordered a pair of spectacles through telephone ([protected]) on 13th nov this month seeing their telebrand ad on tv and yesterday the product got delivered. He says its of no use as he cant see anything as the product is described and when contacted on customer care number they say it can only be exchanged not returned but they have ordered only after seeing their ad of cashback guarantee and i feel my parents have been cheated by them. They are aged couple and don't know how fake these kind of websites are and ads are. Kindly look into this and return their hard earned money back asap.
