I can confirm that HCLTSS is an authentic org with its authentic Take a leap program.
But,
Be aware their offering is the most pathetic one and - What happens to the One who opt in to pursue this program will make you despicable.
All those who are looking for a full movie, Please delve in-
Firstly, They will start with asking 1.5 lakh as tuition fee, and with days on, you will realize that its whopping 2.5+, which means that your first 2 years salary will be paid from your fees only.
Secondly, Don't expect your miniature salary in any time frame. Means, you may get your January salary in march or April.
Third, You don't hold the right to ask for your org's policies. Therefore, you will never get to know about the same.
Fourth, The HCL's own employees will try to overpower you at each stance. It will make you piss-OFF.
Fifth, Its a part of 10 Billion organisation, and you will soon realize you can't even touch it, conditionally, you join it.

Its confusing whether to join it or not...because of 2.28 lakhs rs ...they should provide facility to deduct this training charges afterwards from salary and may make contract /bond for trainees.So, that its authenticity should not be challenged . so that unemployed youth does not have to demand money from its parents or go for loans.

And he is also working under hcl ... They are insider fraude to earn more money .. Wether they can provide job or not ?

You may be considering this as fraud as it is demanding for money.It is actually not a fraud or scam.Please do not populate these type of news and kindly don't spoil the opportunity of others too.You can see a live example of me.I got trained by them and now am working as associate analyst in HCL since last 2 years.Trust me friends it is really a trust worthy one which is completely under HCL division and you are safe to invest here if you really missed your opportunity outside.
I am not insisting everybody to join in this but kindly dont spread this kind of rumors. I just shared this to make people aware of things going around and at least few can be benefited from my information.

can someone out there confirm me whether a mechanical candidate can apply for such program as hcl tss saying tht mech students are eligible for such program but after i visited hcl website i found btech ( cs it ec eee ) as eligibility criteria .. one has to pay big money so kindly confirm me

This is Srilakshmi from A.P I also got this mail from naukari.But I was selected in on campus it is not a fruad or scam.It is a genuine program hcl tss was hiring from 3 years onwards to my college.My seniors are also working in that they also went from hcltss.Our program fee is 2.5lk and our package is 2.5lk.If any one have financial problem then we can take loan also but the amount is big.Hcltss make a deal with Idbi and axis banks.IDBI takes 10%intrst and axis bank takes 12%intrst we can pay up to 4 yrs that loan .This is all about loan process.Coming to Training session They deploy the students in hcl technologies after 6 months of training at 1st three months of training is at noida at manesar campus and for next three months They deploy us in nearest place to our home town ie., NCR, Bangalore, hyd, chennai after that 3 months they deploy us in job in the same place the work is good and it is an MNC company, every one like to do in MNC company but due to some less knowledge or less stuff we cannot achieve that MNC companies but hcl is offering us in the form hcl TSS but the worst case is 2.5lk is a huge amount when taking this much of amount they have to provide us accomdation with no cost or atleast they can provide a hostel with food but they are not providing hstl+food for same cost we have to pay hostle and for food separately for girls they give for boys hostel +food but for girls they will not give like that.According to my opinion If they decrease payable money of 2.5lk money or if they give hostel with food means the training session is superb ...This is all about HCLtss...Thank u

Don't join hcl tss bcoz you get job . They will make your life hell . You will realize the same after 1- 2 weeks of training session what they do with the trainee .
If you are good in communication then no problem at all . but if you are average in communication then you will realize what I am talking about .
They will provide less technical skill and more focus on communication skill .
If you want to enhance the communication skill then join hcl tss . They will improve your communication skill only that's all nothing else .
I don't know whether are hiring for GET or call center job . Even call center employee don't get that type of training what they give to GET .
Its better to go bangalore and search jobs . You will find better job in bangalore with high salary package .
Finally,
Its your life, you will decide what you want and how you gonna achieved it .
