HCL Technologies Limited — Unable to request my FPF pension fund transfer from HCL PF Trust

I am an ex-employee from HCL Technologies Limited.

I have worked for the company from 10-Mar-2002 till 20-Mar-2004.
My employee id is 40104862.
As I could not login to the PF portal from HCL technologies using my employee code as I have joined the company before 2013.
I tried reaching many contact numbers available in the web and could not be successful.
Though I was providing my date of birth, I could not receive any OTP to register and get my query cleared.

I have also sent email multiple times to the HR team I knew earlier when I worked, but of no use, I do not get any reply so far.

Need immediate support to get the PF details and pension transfer to EPF and service updated.
