Hcl Technologies Noida — Recruitment process and HR not responding

Hi,
I have cleared all the interview rounds and got a confirmation email from HR Jyoti Gupta that I have been selected for the role and she asked me to send some documents for the Selection process.On 09/02/2021 I have mailed her all the documents but after that she is not responding to my calls and emails. Her email ID is jyoti.[protected]@hcl.com.
I'm continuously calling her but she is not responding.
