Hcl Touch Service Centre — Not repairing under warranty phone

I had some network problems and some other screen problems with my lenovo a7000 but after some days the screen cracked because of my mistake. As the phone was under warranty I wanted to repair the other problems other than the screen so I visited to a authorised lenovo service center and asked them to repair the other problems but they rejected my claim saying that once the screen is a little bit cracked the warranty is also rejected and void. The phone had 7 months warranty left and they rejected it. So I asked them to repair the other parts but they rejected that too so I asked them the cost of a new screen and listening to their answer I was shocked as the told me to pay 5500 rs for the replacement of the screen. I purchased the phone for just 9000 rs and the told me to pay 75% of it so I rejected it and then asked them for a proof in writing that they have rejected my claim so I could show it as a proof in the consumer forum, they rejected it too for some time but after it the accepted it and gave me a written form and proof by HCL touch limited.
