[Resolved] HCM5LWBN11 — Screen cannot be displayed with Ncomputing Terminals

We have using HCL Monitors above said company name and also model number. But this monitors can not be displayed with Ncomputing Terminal.And every thing is all right software and hardware but can not be displayed. How to solve it this problem? Can you reply me problem solving prosses thanking you.

Ligs Informatics Customer Care's response Please give full details of NComputing device model no. Most probably you would have configured high display resolution in the NComputing devices which the monitor does not support.
