**Subject: Notice for strict legal action for medical negligence, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practices
Under instructions and on behalf of the complainant, I hereby serve you this legal notice as follows:
1. That the complainant visited your clinic for treatment of acne, relying upon your representation as a qualified medical practitioner.
2. That you falsely projected yourself as a “doctor” despite not possessing any valid medical degree or license to practice medicine, thereby deliberately misleading the complainant and the general public.
3. That during the course of treatment, you prescribed and administered steroid-based medications without proper diagnosis, qualification, or authority, which resulted in severe adverse reactions, including burning and damage to the complainant’s skin.
4. That such reckless prescription of steroids amounts to gross medical negligence and poses serious risk to public health.
5. That you further engaged in unethical and illegal commercial practices by selling your own products without any valid license, approval, or regulatory compliance, thereby violating consumer protection and drug control laws.
6. That upon being confronted regarding your lack of qualifications and illegal practices, you admitted fault and refunded the money, which clearly establishes your wrongdoing and guilty intent.
7. That your acts constitute:
* Deficiency in service
* Unfair trade practice
* Cheating and misrepresentation
* Practicing medicine without a valid license
* Endangering life and safety of consumers
8. That such actions are punishable under applicable provisions of consumer protection laws, medical council regulations, and criminal law.
**Therefore, you are hereby called upon to:**
a) Immediately cease and desist from practicing medicine without a valid license.
b) Stop misrepresenting yourself as a qualified doctor.
c) Discontinue sale o[censored]nlicensed and unapproved products.
d) Provide a written explanation within 7 days from receipt of this notice.
Failing which, the complainant shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you before the Consumer Court, Medical Council, Drug Authorities, and other competent courts of law, at your sole risk, cost, and consequences, including claims for compensation, damages, and criminal prosecution.
This notice is issued without prejudice to all other legal rights and remedies available to the complainant.
