I joined HDFC AMC LTD on 7th July, 2014 and it was being told on date of joining that when I will be resigning from my job, I won't be receiving any incentive for the quarter in which I will resign but will receive incentive of all previous quarters. I put my resignation on 2nd Nov, 2015 and company is refusing to pay incentive for July sep quarter and they are saying you won't be getting any incentive previous its our company policy. Even in my offer letter they have not mentioned that I won't receive any incentive from previous quarter if I resign from job. Was this information helpful? |
