I booked ticket from hdfc bank smart buy — air ticket status and it stated that it wil provide me the confirmation in one hour, there is no reply from website.
Also the customer care number is invalid and they are not replying to the emails.
First tell me the status of my booked tickets. Please refund the amount if it is not booked.
