My HDFC account closed my debit card enabled, closed my credit card enabled, I am not able to use internet banking. Still HDFC collection department call me 50-60 times per day. Why HDFC bank itself not raising mail to the costumer directly with full statement and issue. I spoke to agent that please register my request and send to HDFC bank to raise email to me if any issue. But they denied to do so and said pay money anyhow . Please resolve this issue. this is very bad. I feel they are team of frauds.
