On 21st Dec '20 @ 22:27:34, I paid the toll charges of Rs 270/- by cash (due to insifficient amount in the tag) at Khalapur Toll Plaza on Mumbai- Pune express way. vide Transaction number [protected] for my car MH43BN6881.
At the same time on my same vehicle their was debit entry processed on my HDFC Fast tag no.:- MA3EXGL1S00380083 for amount Rs200/- and a request is generated on the tag that their is overdue on the same.
Request to look into the duplicate payment and refund the amount on the tag account immediately.
