I want to file a complaint against IDFC First Bank, Roopam Chauraha Branch regarding unauthorized deductions from my bank account.
Several amounts have been deducted from my account without my proper consent or satisfactory explanation from the bank. The details of the deductions are as follows:
₹8, 000 was deducted from my account due to negative balance/charges.
Another ₹8, 000 was deducted subsequently.
Approximately ₹33, 000 has been deducted in total through different deductions.
An amount of ₹8, 000 was transferred and then deducted.
Recently, an additional amount of ₹2, 500 has also been deducted.
I have tried to contact the bank regarding this issue, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution. These deductions have caused me financial loss and inconvenience.
I request the concerned authority to investigate this matter and direct HDFC Bank, Roopam Chauraha Branch to refund the entire wrongly deducted amount at the earliest.
If my issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take further legal action through the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
I request immediate action and justice in this matter.
