Hdfc Bank Ishwarpur — Regarding closing of hdfc account and delink credit card

Good afternoon. This is Mahesh Patil from Islampur, Tal:Walwa, Dist:Sangli.I am having account with hdfc bank branch Ishwarpur. Also I was using one credit card ending with 3153.I already paid all the pending dues in branch also I taken conformation of closing of credit card from hdfc bank customer care representative. Still bank employee said me that there is attachment of credit card to your savings bank account also that card not showing in hdfc netbanking customercareexecutivesaud me that your card is delinked from our side but still bank not done delink.so I said that please close my hdfc bank account but bank employee said me that unless we delink your credit card we can't close your bank account. So it is very bad and worst experience with me while relationship with hdfc bank.I request you to help me resolve this issue.
