Respected Sir,
The Bank had given one credit card. The amount of credit is 17 Lakh. ie Business Regalia. Then they told they change the credit card to another.
ie[protected]XXXXXX5169, ie Freedom Credit card.
In this card, They reduced the credit limit to 10 Lakh and 40 thousand.
I had not even activated the card because of the frustrating bank which is doing payment by counter and charging in counter 100Rs/- after our payment. ie why I had not activated. Then the bank employees from Nungambakkam branch of chennai kept calling and telling Vijaya Ragavan Sir asked to activate the card, and kept asking for the OTP.
On the process of activation, they asked for the OTP. ie asked by Vijaya Raghavan, VP of HDFC bank. Then I had given the OTP because the call came from HDFC bank. Then the person charged 54945.54 Rs/- on the card and paid to BSESRajDhani Mumbai. I had not even any EB bill in Mumbai, it is just they paid . Then kept on Asking that amount to be paid by me. I had reported within 10 min to CCDisputes of HDFC bank. I had reported to Cybercrime branch also that same day with FIR.
Then they kept sending mail to pay that and torturing with multiple calls.
I ask immediate waiver on this amount and the interests which they put on this also. Please take necessary action and put Section 457 and give 0 liability as per Govt law as I had given complaint within 10 min of their loot.
