HDFC Bank Real Estate Destination — customer service

The very first day of the year 2018. We have been informed by the staffs to come at 10.30 am instead 9.30 am which is their usual office in timing at hdfc home loan division at tambaram branch. 11.15 am no has turned up. Around 30 customers are waiting in the lobby. Saying all the staffs are in meeting by the security. Very poor commitment and communication. I had taken permission in my office. I came to do closure of loan. Suggest to have meetings post office hours or in weekends.
