I am a defence officer and keep going to places where there is no signal for a long time.I have filed this complaint at least thrice on HDFC home loan website but to no reply.
My loan started in may 14 and as per company policy, I gave 12 post dated cheques to the HDFC representative in meerut.
In Apr 15 I came to know that the company has lost two of my cheques and no one informed me however company was quick enough to charge me the penal charges. In may 15 I went to HDFC office in jamnagar, gujarat (where i am posted now) and paid those two installments. There i requested to tell me where my cheques are. they tols me that i should write the complaint on website which I did, to no avail. the rep in jamnagar branch, Mr Chavda further kept my cheque for another three months without depositing it. When i came back after two months, i came to know that my cheque is not deposited only. Company was again swift enough to charge me the penal interest. Again i wrote on your website, where people were again not responsible enough to reply.
Now the rep in Jamnagar branch told me to deposit a new cheque and assured me that he will get the penal charges deducted. I have been running behind him to get it done. However i realised that nothing was moving.
Why are your represented harassing the customers and lying about things? When i asked about a tele nmbr in jamnagar branch to resolve my issue they said that there is none and that i have to put up a complaint online only. no one is ready to take my complaint and resolve my issue. What do you guys want? why this sad behaviour from your reps?
i have explained my case on email to Ms Nikita on email but no one is listening.
now this guys are calling me up everyday asking for penal charges and are harassing me. Was this information helpful? |
