Respected Sir, an agent code has been generated for me with HDFC ERGO Health Insurance Company without my knowledge. I was never aware that I held an ID with this company ID No[protected]. Date of Appointment-15/09/2010. I discovered this when I checked the IRDA portal using my PAN number. Therefore, I request that my PAN card details be removed from both the IRDA portal and the HDFC ERGO Health Insurance portal; I would be eternally grateful for this.
