Hdfc Payment Gateway — Txn failed with hdfc payment gateway

Sir, i made payment thru internet banking on 15/07/21 for rs 50000.00 favouring tamil nadu power finanace infrastructure development cororation at 06 35 hrs vide txn number
[protected] hdfc payment gate way from karu vysya bank a/c[protected] new colony chromepet branch
ifsc kvbl0001873.
Amount debited from above a/c but txn failed receipt not generated . 7 days gone but stii amount not credited back to my a/c desoite raising complaint with kvb and tnpfc both end
kindly arrange to reverde credit or make payment to tnpfc
