Hdfc Real Estate Destination — Home loan balance transfer

Recently I had applied for an HDFC home loan balance transfer after talking to a sales personnel named Pranai Meshram ([protected]@hdfcsales.com).
Later after applying online and paying the processing fees, I was told about some other charges which were never disclosed to me before applying even after asking it multiple times. I feel that I was not provided the right information while applying and also during the online application I was shown only about one extra government charge which was around 7K and now I have received a call from Mr. Swapnil (sales executive) stating that the total charges would be around 20K. As a result, I would like to cancel my application and would request you to please refund me the processing charges. When I try to call the sales person i.e. Pranai Meshram, she is not receving the calls. Till the time I applied for home loan transfer she used to call me daily as a follow up.
