Dear Sir, Ma'am,

With due respect, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I received a Legal Notice(Ref. No: VI/3261/2021) from Court (PFA), of my name Manhar Paramjout Singh Kullar on 26th July 2021 (Monday) for Non-Payment of VI postpaid connection bill [protected], Account I.D 44317205 of amount Rs.2200/-. This connection is used by my previous employer - HDL Financial Services (Reg No. JAL04/202012/014), (File No. SCF-[protected]), (Address- Opposite Easy day, Birring Complex, Deep Nagar, Jalandhar), where I gave my ID for activation of this number, on Poonam Sharma ma'am([protected]), (Aadhar no.[protected]Co-Owner of HDL Financial Services) insist, in January 2021. That time, Kulwant Salaria Sir([protected]), (Aadhaar no.[protected] Owner of HDL Financial Services assured that he will change the ID of this connection to the Company's ID (HDL Financial Services) later on. But still, this connection is running on my ID due to which am getting legal notice. As I have left the company, so this connection should not be on my ID at all. I informed Poonam mam and Kulwant Sir on the same day ( when I received Legal Notice) about it and Kulwant sir replied to me that he will pay the bill and change its ID, but nothing has been done so far. I am continuously calling and messaging Poonam mam, daily, but I am not getting satisfactory responses. Because of this legal notice, am getting mentally harassed. So this is my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve it and change the ID of VI postpaid connection [protected] and [protected] to HDL Financial Services name as I'm no longer using this connection. I hope you will address the issue at the earliest.
