I, Shagufta Parveen want to enquire about the courier with AWB No -EM[protected]IN.It was not delivered to me but the company(Edelweiss tokio) is saying that it was delivered to me on given address.Kindly share the details of receiving .
It is the case of mere irresponsibility that i have not signed any document of receiving and Company is saying that it was recieved by me.Please tell me the name of reciever and show me the document with signature of reciever.
