Headzup — wrongfully taking twice the bill by repeating card swipe

Mayank suberwal, an employee of headzup, made me swipe twice for rs 1600 stating my card didn't work and has not returned my payment in any form or given a time frame to find out a solution. I have proof as well. It has been 5 months since i have observed any progress. I even went to that place again to ask for my money and he reassured that my matter will be solved in 2 days which didn't happen. Their attitude towards this situation makes me doubt if this is a part of their scam scheme.
