With due respect to the court of law in Indian constitution and health ministry, i just wanted to state and let you all know about the irregularities in the payment of ayush medical officers who have been deployed on contractual basis.
Scenario is in effect with the Bihar state-GAYA DISTRICT.
Ayush Doctors in hand take home salary is 44, 000 but the respected CMO(MOIC) are deducting the salary for around 10, 000 and giving the doctors around 33, 900 take home salary . when asked about this deduction it has been communicated that the deduction will get credited at the end of Financial year as an arrear . But contradictory to this scenario, rest of the districts in bihar apart from GAYA does not have this process of pay release. so, in my opinion and concern it does not seem to be a plan inducted neither by the Goverment of india nor by government of bihar .
i would sincerely urge whoever is taking account on this to take action on priority as the payment of anyone who is working sole and whole heartedly should not get deducted as it is doctors hard earned Money.
