Health India — fraud company & fake commitment

I have taken a policy from health india http://healthindia.org.in/ in sep 2018. We (I and my husband) got several calls from their sales team (Mr. Rohit) for explaining about the policy and its features but he had kept most of the things uncleared as he was aware that in case we came to know about those details then will surely not buy this policy. We got to know all those uncleared details when we received the policy kit. I have written to their customer care and requested them to refund my amount which was part of policy that we can apply for the refund within 14 days of the receipt of the documents but after several follow ups with the sales team they have directed us to ms. Janvi, who confirmed that they will fulfill those commitments which were made by their team (In writing).in fact they have committed inr 400 cashback which again took a month`s time to credit in my account. She forced us to go for medical test which was part of the package so that they can ensure that we can not apply for refund after seeing their worst services but the same response on that part as well. They have scheduled the test early in the morning but no one turned up and after several follow ups again their standard revert that please wait and finally the lab person came on next scheduled date and took the samples of the test. This person was not clear about the package included in that policy and gave us 2 options and we have selected one as best of our knowledge post that we have received a call from ms. Janvi and she was also confused.

Later, i have submitted the bills inr 10, 000/- (Appx) for reimbursement on 3rd dec (As per policy we supposed to get reimbursement in 7-10 days) but after several followup up they have transferred only inr 1400/- on 09th jan 2019 (After a month) and again given a wrong commitment that they will process the balance amount immediately which was not credited till 28th jan and i was forced to apply for the refund as i have already spent huge amount on phone calls to them for follow up and it was mental harassment for me to interact with people like ms. Janvi who was neither able to answer my queries nor sharing the contact details of mr. Rohit who had spoken to me & my husband at the time of payment and he is also an owner of this company.

The contact details (91-[protected]) and email id ([protected]@healthindia.org.in) mentioned on the website is incorrect and the pin code (104-a, ss plaza, mahavir enclave new delhi-11045) is also incorrect. Though they have mentioned the icon of fb, twitter on their website but those are also fake links.

I have paid inr 7, 999/- out of which they had paid inr 400/- + inr 1400/-.in spite of multiple heated discussions they are not ready to refund my amount. Now, after some internal discussion they are ready to pay inr 2799/- on 08th feb (Which is still not credited) without any calculation details that on what basis they are deducting this amount. I am supposed to get inr 6, 199/- + interest as they have blocked my money for almost 6 months.

They keep calling every alternate day from different numbers. I denied to buy their plans each time. When we deny to buy they start using vulgar and abusive language. I am fade up with their calls. Some strict actions needs to be taken against such companies.
