Myself Md. Nasim Khan my policy number is [protected]P[protected], my son Adil Raza Khan was admitted in Galaxy Hospital from 01/10/16 to 06/10/2016 with the Diagnosis of Appendicitis, his Operation of Appendix was done there at Galaxy Hospital and on Discharge I have paid Rs 56082/- which including bed charges, nursing charges, doctor consultation charges, surgeon charges, OT charges, anaesthetic charges, along with all medicines and investigation charges.
My claim was setteled from your side. the setteled amount is only Rs 15000/- as per my paid amount towards hospital final bill, it is very less than that amount which i paid to hospital on discharge.
I want the clarification and recheck my file again why Rs 41082 has been deducted from my claim.
the company was saying that navi mumbai is a rural area i want to clarification about that.
please reply me as soon as possible
