Healthbeema — Renewal Threat about Mediclaim

I owe mediclaim from last 4 years & had never claimed. On 10th June’21 was my annual renewal due for the 5th consecutive year. Few weeks before I got a call from Devendra Pratap Sharma he introduced himself as executive from Star Health Insurance & asked me to renewal & I casually said him to offer any discount which he denied that on renewal there is no offer and I agreed him to renew before 10th June or earlier.There was a DOB mistake which I mailed him to amend.
The next thing was that I port my policy to ICICI Lombard where I saved some money through one of my relative.But this person Devendra Pratap Verma called me so continuously even I blocked his more than 10 numbers & on 11th June’21 he send his team member at my home then I talked to him on which he react me so badly & threatened me that he will add some bad medical history in my policy so that I can’t avail any future claims.He added this that whatever we will report that will be accepted by the Insurance Companies. I afraid & called back my relative through whom I have port my policy & asked them to look into the matter.But even with her the staff executives of Healthbeema Company argued very rudely.Now I just want some legal action against the culprit Devendra Pratap who has mentally stressed for the whole. As everyone is free to move to any company & this guy has made his own rules for the insurance companies.
