Healthian (Mobile App) — Fake reports were delivered : no checks were performed : copy and paste were done

Address:1212002
Website:www.healthians.com

Hi team,

This is quite serious.

I ordered for hba1c test for my mother in-law i. E. Geeta yadav and the sample was collected from gurgaon.

My brother ordered for hba1c for my mom i. E. Sudha yadav and the sample was collected from faridabad.

But the report is exactly the same. There is no difference in hba1c value and average blood glucose : 125.5

I doubt tests were performed or not.

I am tryng to get in touch with the guys from healthian team but they always say someone will get in touch with you.

Please find attached reports.

Thanks and regards
Sourabh

Dear Sir

Greetings from Healthians.com!

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in respect to the discrepancy of reports. After Checking with lab we have also shared machine value over email for same concern. Not sharing here for privacy concerns.

We would like to inform you that ABG value is calculated value, where our reports already mention that Average Blood Glucose is a calculated value. HBA1C value indicates average blood sugar level over past 3 months.

ABG can be calculated from HbA1c as following.
ABG= 28.7*HBA1c - 46.7 (This standard value vary with lab to lab)
