On 28.03.2026, I booked a blood test through Healtenis Lab via their online platform and made full payment of Rs. 1771/-.
On the next day, when the lab representative visited my residence for sample collection, he informed me about an alternative offer available if the booking was made through his end.
Based on his suggestion, I cancelled the original booking and he initiated a fresh booking from his side.
I made another online payment of Rs. 1550/- for the new booking.
The original booking was cancelled on the same day, and I was assured that the refund would be processed within the standard time.
However, despite repeated follow-ups via calls/messages/emails over the past more than two months, the refund amount of Rs. 1771/-has not been credited to my account.
The Opposite Party has neither provided a valid explanation nor resolved the issue, demonstrating clear negligence and deficiency in service. Was this information helpful? |
