You have Failed to provide us our payment receipt. It was not in our spam folder either (as claimed by you, in your email below).
(2)
Your shop representative did not provide us our requested legally entitled payment receipt.
(3)
There is NO Reasonable cause for a customer to be subject to UNWARRANTED HARRASSMENT from you, and be forced to make multiple trips to your store (wasting his / her money and time), to get their legally entitled payment receipt.
(4)
The onus is on you, to provide customers payment receipt when payment is given to you for the purchased product, and as asked by customers.
(5)
Ambala city, male sales representative on Sunday 09 February 2025 (probably named Sunil) overcharged us money (more than the products prices).
(6)
Furthermore, this male sales representative was asking irrelevant personal questions, which is none of his business, and is tantamount to unwarranted harassment to customers.

This indicates that [protected]@healthkart.com is simply executing a Superficial Farce and Travesty of customer service, and fooling the public - at - large.

Refer to our earlier communications. You were clearly informed:
We purchased high - protein oats on the earlier mentioned date. You should have a record of sales of that product on the store sales database.
There is NO reason to provide you Any number, since it is NOT a legally mandated requirement for purchase of items, pursuant to applicable laws.
We have already asked you to provide us our receipt as a pdf attachment here.
Your CONTINUED BELAUGERING customers for a legally entitled receipt is tantamount to unwarranted harassment and points to your bad customer service and poor organizational professionalism, and bad professional accountability.

We dealt with your designated salesperson Mr. Himanshu Banwal at your Ambala City, India location, recently during our in - store visits and purchases of your products.
Inspite of our multiple requests, he did not provide us relevant information concerning your products, nor did he answer our specific questions.
He appeared to have poor listening skills, bad orientation to customer service, an arrogant manner, bad attitude problem, and lack of interest in answering customer questions.
Furthermore, your provided link for hlkt.in was invalid, defunct, and did not work, wherein you solicited our feedback/ comments about our customer experience while shopping at your store.
Most certainly, we do not recommend your store, nor your employees
