On 14th Dec 2022 2 medicines were delivered to me which I’d ordered online from Healthmug Ptu ate Limited.
However, by the time it was delivered I was advised to discontinue it and hence I raised a refund request. The product was as is with the packaging intact.
I raised the refund request on 24th December 2022. Since then I’ve been following up with them and they have not yet processed my refund despite repeated requests & follow ups.
They have also blocked my registered email ID.
I request you to please initiate an enquiry into the same and request you to hold this company accountable for their actions.
