I bought hearing aid on line from Delhi for my mother 22 months ago and it's not working for her I informed the supplier that time and asked for refund but she refused it. So mother reside in Kerala so unable to go to her clinic and check it out.I contacting her lots of time but not doing anything to resolve the issue .I sent it back n she said it's working I said I don't want just pay half atlests being some time but I informed her in first week itself she won't agree anything. I lost 20000rs n she like cheated I'm frustrating don't know where to complaint so it's been gone so long.Could you please do help as I'm residing abroad also could not do much better .thanks Shiby
