I am wishing to report Heartland Pharmacy (OPC) Private Limited who I believe have taken money from me without providing any proof that they have actually sent the medications I have paid for. I paid for Medications on August 23rd and the company claimed they were posted on the 28th August. I have asked on 4 occasions for the tracking to be sent and they have not yet done this and keep claiming they thought they had sent it to me. They also claim my package has arrived in Australia but they still refuse to send me the tracking as proof this was a legitimate purchase. I believe I have been scammed by this company as I have asked for proof of shipping or my money back but have not received any reply for some time now.
