Dear Sir, In reference to the above, we would like to bring to your notice that, we had placed order in your organization through Mr. kaushik Bosnia (agent) and Mr. Raman Patel (from your company. and through your invoice no 000081 dated 31.7.2015 we would like to bring to your notice that the work of the boiler started commencing in the month of June 2015, it has already been 5 months, and we have made complete payment to you, as demanded by you. till date we haven’t received the complete material and some of the material which we have received are not of proper size and standard thus needs to be replaced, in spite of giving several oral reminders to you and kaushik bhai, we haven’t received the material yet and no action has been taken from your side to replace the false materials till date.. this is to bring to your notice that it has already been 5 months and still your installation work is incomplete and nobody seems to be interested in completing it, we are just getting false commitments from your company as well as your agent, Moreover nobody in your company has time to come to plant and take the necessary pain to amalgamate all your agencies and complete the work, we were committed at the time of finalization of the order that total work would be completed within 3 months, but its already 5 months and representative of your company seems to be list bothered, now because of the negligence and carefree attitude of the representative of your company, we have already suffered loss of 20 lakh because of the delay in installation.
