During my Kashmir Tour JK-4 - 4th To 11th June, Heena allocated hotels as mentioned in itinerary at Pahalgam, however when i entered in the room, i found that this room is not regular customer room & given room is servants room.
I refuse to accept this room, Heena representative told me, pl. be rest in reception area, he will talk with his seniors & will change room.
After 1 hr. waste, i talk with his senior & with hotel management too. Hotel management simply denied me room change by saying no rooms available. Heena representative never come back . Finally after 2 hrs i gone to same room for rest as we both ( Myself & My Wife ) were tired due to travelling & change in weather condition.
Room given was so bad, such rooms available in this city @[protected] Rs.No heater working, No TV working. Bad furnishing, bad smell & so on --- but we don't have any other option at that time.
I contacted sales person of Heena, Surat too, she straightway hands up by saying local person will see. No any call from local person of Heena or no any apology too.
Heena is taking charges on the name of 3 star hotel but giving service worst than any common hotel room. I requested for refund amt at same time but no any response from anyone of Heena.
During sight seen, claiming so many but in actual avoiding to show the sites in the name of road / weather conditions. Not arranged Aaru Valley visit on the cause of bad road.
Only claiming our best kitchen but we ( Tourists) are going to see best places & no doubt its tour organizer responsibility to give hygienic food & They are giving but customers are not coming to take food & go to rest in room during tour .
At every location, Heena representative don't have any responsibility to show us local best things, they only straight way saying he is our local agent & you talk them and plan your visit.
If this is the case then why to pay so much huge amount to Heena .
Third class tour agency .
Everywhere local agent & tour representative are having their own interest & customers are cheated fully .
In other tours agency, once you booked, no need to pay a single penny from pocket except personal purchasing, however if you booked by Heena then you have to pay same amount afterwards to see local sightseeing.
If i need to write each & every incidence, it will be big essay .
With this i am saying to all, never go with this worst tour agency if you really want to see the famous places in your tour.
Also i want refund of money for the hotel room & cancelled itinerary from Heena along with my mental torture too.
