I wanted to write complaint against my Friend's father Mr. Gopalbhai Patel's Bhutan trip.
First, there is no complaint box in your website and there is no email id for write complaint. How did you know your customer problem to improve your service.

Do not Cheat Customer.

Mr. Gopal Patel and his wife was travelling for Bhutan trip in June. He is 70 year old and we thought Heena travel is best but We were wrong. Below are the problems he faced throughout the trip:

1. They have not arranged guideline meeting before trip.

2. Nobody was attended Mumbai airport to guild all the tourist.

3. No one came to receive them at PARO airport Bhutan.

4. They went though difficulties to find out the guide and later found that guide was very arrogant and was acting like our BOSS. he said that he is not even bothered if will complaint against to any authority.
5. During the site seen they were not happy with the guide as he was not explaining the history of Bhutan and tour place properly. He was not good in Hindi and English language. Hence, it was miscommunication.

6. 3rd and 4th hotel were not good. Dining hall was in basement and staircase to the dining hall was very dangerous without railing support and due to that all senior citizen were panic and disheartened.

7. Further on 5th and 6th June at Punakha, they had really bad experience of hotel. Even after complaints, they were forced to live in the same bad hotel which was under maintenance, smell of new paints was irritating for breathing. There was no lift in the hotel and staircase was difficult to climb.

8. 7th, 8th and 9th June at PARO ( Airport Village) as hotel provided by you was village house converted into hotel. Bathroom arrangements was not good. It was poor arrangement of Hot and cold water and many other difficulties inside the bathroom. Structure of hotel was at least 800 to 1000 meters away from main road and the pathway towards main road was very narrow and uneven and All senior citizen find it difficult to walk.

9. last day of trip, on 9th June they were informed very late in the evening that flight is scheduled in the morning and they have to report at 6am at the airport and had to get up at midnight 3am to reach airport. So, they could not sleep all over the night.

Heena travels service was very poor. This is serious complaint and request you to go into deep searches. They have not provide proper 3 star hotel and tour guide. In Vacation, We are expecting more comfort and we don’t think heena travel compensate us in any way. Further, the middle of tour Mr. Gopalbhai Patel had telephone talk with Jitubhai Shah from Bhutan but could not heard any action from Him. I am going to write this review every where in social media I am very unsatisfied from the day tour started.
