We have booked an apartment at Heera Residency near KIMS hospital couple of years back. Just received an email from Heera advising that they are going through a cash crunch and wont be able to complete the works in time. After reading few blogs, it seems like they regularly do this with all their projects. Can someone please give an advise on how to tackle them so we not waiting for many more years for the project handover. Its have already paid around 85% of the contract amount which now looks like an bad move. If there are more owners from Heera Residency, could you please post your experience there?
