We purchased Heir refrigerator on 14.07.2020 and now it is not cooling and everything kept inside got spoilt. i contacted heir for services and they provided a SR no and then a person visited to check and said that your fridge is tempered and we cant do anything. i couldnt understand what is wrong as we have the bill and everything and also it is under warranty till now. since then i have registered many complaints in heir again but i am not getting any service. this is the worst customer experience.
