Helios and Metheson Information Technology Ltd — Non payment of principal and interest amount invested as FD and dishonoured cheques

I am writing on behalf of my father Mr. Arvindkumar Mehta. Mr. Arvindkumar had invested in FD in Helios and Matheson information technology limited (H&M) on 3rd May 2014 with maturity date 3rd May 2015. The FD was "Money Back-Cumulative". The 2 cheques issued by H&M on 3rd May 2015 (one cheque for principal amount and another cheque for interest) were dishonoured by the company bank HDFC Bank Ltd with the reason 'Account blocked (situation covered in 21-25)'. We went from pillar to post enquiring about the refund of the principal and interest amount, but it was in vain. The office in Andheri East Mumbai was closed. There was no contact number where we could connect with H&M. Mr Arvindkumar Mehta wants his hard earned money back. Want help to get the money.
