Hello-world — Security deposit- refund

I started to live in hello world hostel from 1/04/2022. I have deposit-- 11, 000/- monthly rent + 11, 000/- security money. After living 3 month I quite from that hostel on 30/06/2022. According to their policy refund will come after a month, but it have been 1 month no money has come.
