I am Govt. employee in Udaipur (Raj.) and using Pan No. AFBPS9530B since start of Income and filling return of Income with this PAN No.. but recently when i login online, i found my PAN has been deactivated and new PAN No. AQCPS0475R has been alloted in stead of my old PAN no.. neither without any reason intimated to me nor i applied for another PAN. Also the PAN information in New Pan does not match with me.
Apart from the above TDS has also been deducted and deposited with Old PAN No.(i.e. AFBPS9530B).
As such i humbly request you to kindly get activate my old Pan no. for your ready reference my Pan details are as under:
