Hennagara Gram Panchayat — not issuing khata from last 4 months and took bribe

I wanted to get my khata done and submitted all the required documents 4 months back. The khata is done at hennagara panchayat and the the concerned person is muniraj. He took bribe from me and still not issuing my khata and ask to come everyday. I want to file a complaint against him as he is corrupt and does not do his duty. Please help to get my khata
