I am writing this email to formally raise a complaint regarding the misleading information provided to me at the time of admission to the SAP course.
I enrolled in the SAP program on 17th August 2025, and your salesperson Mr. Krishna clearly informed me that classes are conducted only on Sundays. Based on this commitment, I proceeded with the admission and paid ₹22, 000 through a loan, of which 5 EMIs have already been paid.
However, after joining, I was informed that the classes are actually scheduled on Saturday and Sunday, which is not what was promised to me. Because of this incorrect information, I was unable to attend the sessions for the last 6 months, and despite several follow-ups, I have not received any support, batch adjustment, or proper guidance from your team.
This situation has caused me financial loss and mental stress.
I request immediate resolution of the issue.
I request the following:
Full refund of the course fee (₹22, 000)
OR
Immediate transfer to a Sunday-only batch, as originally promised.
Since the sales commitment was verbal, I request you to check your call recordings or internal communication where this was assured.
I expect prompt action at the earliest.
Please treat this as an urgent matter.
