Complaint Summary:
I had enrolled in the Japanese N5 Course by Henry Harvin starting in July (9 AM to 11 AM batch). The trainer conducted only around 10 out of 25 chapters, canceled multiple sessions, and later informed us that the course was completed — asking students to self-study for the rest.
This is a clear case of service deficiency and breach of commitment. I request the authority to take appropriate action and direct the institute to either complete the course as promised or issue a full refund.
Relief Sought: Completion of course syllabus with a new trainer OR full refund.
I have enrolled from n5 to n3 level and the complete package costs 31000.
There are 3 people with me having same issue.
Got below message from the scammmer trainer
Subject: Congratulations on Completing Your Japanese N5 Course 🌸
Dear Students,
I hope you all are doing well. Since our Japanese N5 course has now come to an end and we had our final session on Monday, I want to take this moment to thank each of you for your dedication, consistency, and enthusiasm throughout the course.
I truly wish you continued success in your Japanese learning journey as you now move ahead toward N4 level. Before you begin, please make sure to revise all the N5 topics from the start to strengthen your base.
I will also be sharing some basic grammar particles (Lesson 11 to 17) that are meant for self-learning and easy practice. These topics are simpler, and you can go through them independently, as we have already covered the more complex structures during our sessions.
Tomorrow, I’ll send you the grammar notes, books, and useful links for your future reference.
On a personal note, today is also my last working day with the company, so I might not get the chance to meet you all again. It has truly been a pleasure teaching you and being a part of your Japanese learning journey.
Please also convey my goodbye and best wishes to Madhu on my behalf.
Keep learning, stay motivated, and continue exploring the beauty of the Japanese language! 🌸
Wishing you all the very best for your future.
